Where do we deliver?
Potted Companions currently offers Local Plant Delivery throughout selected Melbourne metropolitan suburbs.
Free delivery is available within:
🌿 Bentleigh (3204)
🌿 Bentleigh East (3165)
Local Plant Delivery to selected Melbourne metropolitan suburbs is available for a flat rate of $15.
As each pot is carefully prepared and personally delivered, our delivery area currently includes selected Melbourne metropolitan suburbs, including south, south-east, inner city, inner north, and eastern suburbs where practical. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I collect my pot from a market?
Yes! Market collection is available from selected Potted Companions market stalls.
When placing your order, select Market Collection and choose your preferred market date (where available). Your pot will be ready for collection during the designated collection window:
Market Collection Window:
🌿 10:00am – 12:00pm
This allows us to have your pot prepared and ready for you when you arrive.
How are my plants delivered?
Your Potted Companions pot will be personally delivered in our air-conditioned vehicle to help keep your plants comfortable and protected during transport.
Each pot is carefully secured for delivery and we take extra care to ensure your plants arrive ready to enjoy in their new home.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are generally delivered within 2–4 business days.
Once your order is received, we’ll confirm your delivery day and provide an estimated delivery window.
Delivery windows allow us to group deliveries efficiently while ensuring your plants receive the care and attention they deserve.
What happens on delivery day?
On the morning of your delivery, we’ll send you a text message confirming your delivery window.
If you’re not home, we can leave your pot in a safe location (such as a shaded area near your front door). Please let us know any delivery instructions when placing your order.
We’ll send you a message once your pot has been delivered.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate requests; however, as we personally deliver each order, delivery times are organised around our delivery schedule and locations for the day.
Do you deliver outside your delivery area?
At this stage, Local Plant Delivery is limited to selected Melbourne metropolitan suburbs, so we can ensure your plants receive the care they deserve. We hope to expand our delivery area as Potted Companions grows.
