We truly want you to love your Potted Companion.

Because plants are perishable, we don’t offer returns for change of mind.

If something isn’t right:

• Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Send through photos so we can take a look

We’ll always aim to make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund—in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Plant Care Disclaimer

Every plant and every home is a little different.

We provide guidance to help your plants thrive, but their ongoing health depends on factors like light, watering, and environment.

Because of this, we can’t guarantee how your plant will perform once it’s in your care—but we’re always here to help if you need advice.

Cancellation Policy (Services)

For our Pot Plant Makeover and other services:

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations
• Late cancellations may incur a fee
• Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable
